FIELD: processes and equipment for high-temperature deposition, namely gas-flame deposition of powder coatings. SUBSTANCE: burner includes injector for gas-carrier arranged in housing of burner and having regulator of cross section area of gas supply opening; regulator of cross section of duct for supplying powder in the form of ring with spherical craters on one end surface and with different-depth spherical craters on inner cylindrical surface. Block with through cross opening is mounted in ring; pusher is mounted in through cross opening with possibility of motion along said opening. At one side of through cross opening pusher with ball is mounted in spherical crater; spherical surface of other end of pusher rests upon elastic member in the form of sleeve built in powder supply duct passing from reservoir through above mentioned block. At opposite side of through cross opening of block stationary stop is fixed. Block is rigidly joined with reservoir for powder and with housing of burner. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of controlling powder metering due to changing diameter of duct for supplying powder until predetermined value in dependence upon type of powder materials and desired properties of deposited layer. 3 cl, 6 dwg
