SUBSTANCE: proposed flexible connecting member 2 for fastening vehicle by one of its wheels 4 to carrying structure 7 is essentially belt 1 with fitted-on cross members 26 for fixing on surface of support contact with cap of tread 6 of pneumatic tire 5 of wheel 4. Ends 28, 29 of cross members 26 project in cross direction from both sides of belt 1 stretched between two fixed points for fastening belt on pneumatic tire 5 with pressing of fixing structure to pneumatic tire. Cross support membrane 26 are arranged for rotational displacement around their providing by ends 28, 29 support contact with tire tread cap.
