FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, construction of multistory and other buildings on soft and water-logged bases. SUBSTANCE: foundation includes piles with bulb-shaped lower end. Novelty consists in that lain on ground surface on crushed stone layer is plate with hollow in its center to pass pipe. The pile rests on said plate with, for instance, metal cantilever welded to members imbedded into the pipe, or laid on crushed stone layer between piles are beam-plates with increased width toward center of span on which box-shaped structure fitted on piles, and panel rest. Panel upper recess receives connector of angle, T-shaped or cross-shaped structure. Connector lower end has tubes into which rods from pile, box-shaped structure and panel are introduced.
