FIELD: plugging (cementing) of wells of various applications, particularly, plugging of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: device for casing string plugging includes carrying member in the form of stop-ring with axial through channel and mounting seat in lower part. There is a sleeve-container with radial holes rigidly connected with carrying member and located under it. Flexible locking member locating in the sleeve-container is made for regulation of flow of plugging slurry during plugging of casing string and prevention of back flow of said slurry into casing string after completion of its plugging. EFFECT: simplification of device and reduction of its overall dimensions, simplification of its mounting on casing string, higher operating reliability and extended functional potentialities. 17 cl, 1 ex
