FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording electrocardiogram of myocardial infarction patients. Streptokinase is administered. ST-segment and T- tooth amplitude dynamic changes are observed. Streptokinase is administered in bolus dose. Coronary artery opening is diagnosed on the ST-segment growth being lower more than by 26% and/or T-tooth amplitude more than by 22%.
