Histochrome is intravenously administered in bolus dose 100 mg per 10 min before applying recanalization, 1 h later after it is ended and then daily during 10 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preventing reperfusion disorders of cardiac rhythms and improving systolic function.
