FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of turf-base fertilizers. Method involves physical-chemical decomposition of turf at molecular level by passing a mixture of turf with water through a cavitation pump. A turf-water paste is prepared by means of cavitation processes occurring followed by its heating mixing, destruction and cleavage of molecules to radicals. The obtained turf-water paste is enriched with phosphorus compounds if the content of phosphorus as P2O5 in parent turf is less 1%. Physiological activity of turf-water paste is enhanced by addition of sulfuric acid an aqueous solution by formation of sulfohumic acids and decomposition of mineral component. Then potassium, sodium and ammonium hydroxides, carbonates and hydrocarbonates are added for the complete conversion of humic acids to humates. The reaction mass is passed through a cavitation pump until temperature will be 75-85 C. Then a pump is switched off, the obtained product is kept for 2-4 h and unloaded. Invention ensures to prepare fertilizer and an activating agent without special heating the reaction medium and without destruction of chemical reactor integrity.
