METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF ORGANO-MINERAL FERTILIZERS AND PRODUCTION LINE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C05F11/02 C05F11/06 

FIELD: farming; production of complex humic organo-mineral fertilizers for any soil.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing caustobioliths of carbon series with mineral fertilizers and alkalines, dehumidification, granulation and thermal drying of granules. Humic acids and humates are preliminarily obtained by cavitation-type dispersion of caustobioliths in aqueous solution of alkalines till complete yield of humic acids at subsequent obtaining of humates by addition of hydroxides, carbonates and hydro-carbonates of potassium, sodium and ammonia and cavitation-type dispersion till mixture attains temperature of 80-90°C. Organo-mineral component is obtained through cavitation-type dispersion of lignocellulose raw material, mineral fertilizers and micro-elements in aqueous solution; organo-carbohydrate component is obtained through cavitation-type dispersion of solid domestic wastes in aqueous solution till conversion of starch easily assimilable agents, hydrolyzation of fats to low-molecular carboxylic acids. Then, all fertilizer components are mixed and mixture is subjected to cavitation-type homogenization, dehydration, granulation and thermal drying of granules. EFFECT: increased productivity; improved structure of sown areas; recultivation of soils; detoxication and cleaning of soils contaminated with pesticides, nitrates, industrial fluids.
