FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: anchor has shank 1 fitted in tie 2, wall 4 limiting side displacement of rail 5 with cavity 6 for accommodating central loop 10 of clamp 7, and support 8 to thrust clamp. Upper surface 9 of cavity in anchor wall is made with tiling for engagement with loop 10 of clamp 7 at its loading. Step 12 made on end part 11 of support 8 serves to prevent slipping of clamp from rail. Wall 4 in its central part pointed to rail is provided with projection 13 whose lower surface is extension of inclined surface 9 of anchor cavity. Upper inclined surface 9 of cavity in anchor wall 4 is made for accommodating replaceable U-shaped insert 19 between surface 9 and central leg 10 of clamp.
