FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction of railways for laying continuous welded rails. Proposed device is made in form of different-arm lever whose longer arm serves as handle, and shorter arm is made in form of fork with two prongs arranged symmetrically relative to handle for interacting with mounted rod multiloop clamp. Prongs are interconnected by bridge being support of lever on anchor. Bridge of device is provided with step. Projection made in central part of bridge serves for interaction with middle part of rod clamp. Device is furnished with additional support for engagement with anchor at demounting of clamp.
