FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods of development of oil deposits with nonuniform, fissured, porous or mixed types of reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: method includes maintenance of flexible operating conditions of formations by use of periodic regimes of operation of producing well groups. Formed additionally from drilled wells are cells of producing wells with injection wells in center. Determined preliminarily at steady-state operation of producing wells, is water cutting of well production and average current water cutting of production of wells of each cell is calculated and taken as a basic one. Then curves of restoration of efficiency of producing well bottom holes are constructed. Direction of increased jointing or fluid filtration is determined by results of interpretation of said curves and dynamics of well water encroachment in previous period of operation. Producing wells of each cell located perpendicular from direction of increased jointing or fluid filtration are divided into two groups from injection axis running through injection well along direction of increased jointing of fluid filtration. Belonging to the first group of producing wells are wells whose average current water cutting of their production is below the basic one. The second group includes wells whose average current water cutting of their products is higher than the basic one. Operation of producing and injection wells is carried out by cycles. Each cycle includes first injection of fringe of visco-elastic composition through injection wells in direction of increased jointing or fluid filtration. Then fringe of displacing agent is injected. Operation of the second group of producing wells is discontinued, and operation of the first group of producing wells is continued until their average current production water cutting reaches that of basic one. After that, operation of the first group of producing wells is discontinued and operation of the second group of producing wells is renewed and continued until their reduced average current production water cutting rises to that of basic one. Cycles of periodic operation of producing wells of the first and second groups are repeated with operation of well groups in antiphase, both inside cells and between then up to reaching the economic criteria corresponding for finishing their operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method with increased oil recovery factor due to consideration of nonuniformity of formation reservoir properties in different directions. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl, 1 ex
