FIELD: seismic prospecting of mineral resources, mainly oil and gas, as well as tests of buildings and structures for seismic stability. SUBSTANCE: built in the hydraulic cylinder barrel and reaction mass is a hydraulic accumulator in the form of an annular cavity separated by an elastic cylindrical diaphragm into two sealed cavities, one of which communicates with the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder connected to a pumping plant, and the other is filled with gas compressed at a preset pressure. An additional quick-acting valve with a high flow characteristic is installed on the hydraulic cylinder in parallel with a valve servo. The quick-acting valve is made in the form of a plunger installed in the duct connecting both hydraulic cavities of the hydraulic cylinder in such a manner that one end of the plunger would face the accumulator cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, and the cavity on the side of the other end of the plunger-through a restrictor, the cavity is connected to the drain line through an electrically operate valve. EFFECT: minimized loss in the ducts connecting the hydraulic accumulator to the valve servo, which results in reduced non-linear distortions of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the source of seismic vibrations, enhanced power of single vibration pulses. 3 cl, 1 dwg
