SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an antimetastatic agent comprising extract from the above-ground part (herb) of Baikal aconite (Aconitum baikalense Steinb.), in part, a liquid extract from the dried milled above-ground part (herb) of Baikal aconite with 40% ethyl alcohol in the ratio of vegetable raw to extractant = 1:50 and a liquid extract from the dried and milled above-ground part (herb) of Baikal aconite with 30% ethyl alcohol in the ratio of vegetable raw to extractant = 1: 20 and a liquid extract from the dried milled above-ground part (herb) of Baikal aconite with 40% ethyl alcohol in the ratio of vegetable raw to extractant = 1:1 and a dry extract from the dried and milled above- ground part (herb) of Baikal aconite with 40% ethyl alcohol in the ratio of vegetable raw to extractant = 1:1. Invention proposes also an agent comprising the dried extract of total alkaloids isolated from the dried and milled above-ground part (herb) of Baikal aconite. Proposed agents show the sufficiently strong an antimetastatic effect and can be used for treatment of patients with metastasing tumors.
