SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes extracting dry birch bark comminuted to particle size of 1 to 5 mm using 40-percent ethanol at 1: 1 ratio between stock and extractant during 8 to 30 h and then drying resultant product at temperature of 40 to 100 C. EFFECT: high antiulcerous activity not inferior to such standard medicines as befungin and plantaglucide. 1 tbl
