To increase the cable crane covering range, a guy rope with a tackle block is introduced in the system. The system is also provided with a transportation tackle block for moving the load truck on the carrier rope. A load tackle block is fastened on the load truck. EFFECT: provided mounting and dismounting operations of building constructions in any point of the industrial building, especially at repair and reconstruction of station blocks, having leadouts of process lines and equipment around the edges of the building that do not allow the use of the traditional erection facilities. 2 dwg
