FIELD: repairs and construction of buildings, stripping of external panels during reconstruction and overhaul of large-sized panel residential buildings. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in formation of potential for panel stripping from any point of building not affecting adjacent structures with provision for security of operation. Stripping of exterior wall panel is conducted with the aid of hydraulic jacks and load hoisting and gripping gear anchored on crane suspension which is brought into window opening of panel with proper tension of crane ropes.
