FIELD: hole drilling, monitoring downhole and geophysical parameters in process of drilling. SUBSTANCE: downhole telemetering system mounted on drill pipes has turbo-generator, electric separator of string, electron module and measurement pickups. Pickups are put on upper sub and inside insulator of electric separator of string. Magneto-sensitive pickups are located inside electric separator of string in point of its insulator. Electron module is connected directly to turbo-generator, base of its body is sealed by electron module. Electric wires coupling electron module to other units of system go through connector of electron module and sealed leads of turbo- generator to output of the latter and through connector on body of turbo-generator which other parts are placed on upper sub of electric separator of string, through electron module and turbo-generator to pickups located on body of electric separator of string and to lower sub of electric separator of string. Connection to lower sub of electric separator of string comes in the form of conducting non-magnetic grid embracing insulator of electric separator of string and insulated from upper sub or wires positioned uniformly along generating line of insulator of electric separator.
