FIELD: turbine-rotor-to-compressor transmissions. SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine engine incorporating assembly for coupling turbine and compressor shafts has intermediate shaft whose front shank is mounted through its splines and next radial boss on compressor shaft and rear shank is joined with turbine shaft. Alignment ring is mounted in annular drilling of intermediate-shaft front shank on outer diameter of spline. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency due to reliable joint between intermediate and compressor shafts and reduced radial play between turbine rotor and stator. 3 dwg
