FIELD: measurement of liquid flow rate by nuclear-magnetic resonance method. SUBSTANCE: proposed meter includes cylindrical yoke 1 embracing permanent annular magnets 2 at spaced relation; annular magnets are provided inserts 3; meter is also provided with transceiving coil 4 found on measuring section which is engageable with recording and measuring unit 5; inserts are made from magnetically-soft material and are mounted at spaced relation between their flat end surfaces; on opposite side, end surface of both inserts is provided with cavity 6 in form of truncated cone at diameter "D" of inlet hole which is larger base of truncated cone and flat at diameter "d" inside insert which is lesser base; inlet hole of cavity at diameter "D' is located in one plane with butt of magnet when insert is received by hole; located in gap between magnets and inserts is disk 7 mounted coaxially relative to magnets and inserts and engageable with them over entire area of both end surfaces; said disk is provided with multi-elbow passage 8 of round cross-section where inlet and outlet elbows are connected with pipe unions by means of branch pipes fitted in them coaxially; said pipe unions are connected to pipe line and measuring section intersecting disk center is found along axis of outlet elbow.
