FIELD: spectral analysis. SUBSTANCE: system of interference bands of standing light wave according to proposed spectrometry methods is recorded in the form of spatial frequency signal passed through thin partially transmitting layer by way of projection of obtained interference bands on periodic system including photocells. Electric signals generated by mentioned photocells are recorded in the form of their dependence on location of these photocells in above-mentioned periodic system and are analyzed. Proposed spectrometry methods are realized with the aid of interferometers incorporating optically integrated source of luminous radiation, reflecting mirror, one or two thin partially transmitting layers mounted for turn around optical axis, periodic system incorporating photocells mounted for turn around optical axis, beam splitting element and spectrum analyzer. 2-5 fold increase of precision of spectral analysis is obtained while measuring luminous radiation within wide spectral range.
