FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with calculation of quotients against differences of white blood values, that is: the number of peripheral blood leucocytes, leucocytic index of intoxication by Ya. Kalf-Kalif, stress index suggested by L.Garkavi which are divided to each other; at obtaining negative values for two out of three above-mentioned values one should conclude on high risk for development of post- operational complications. EFFECT: earlier detection and prediction of post-operational complications.
