FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: in postoperational period one should introduce an ozonized physiological solution through nasointestinal probe into small intestinal lumen for 7 d at 4-7 mg/l concentration and 200 ml volume. Simultaneously, since the 1st d of postoperational period one should carry out a rectal insufflation of ozone-oxygen mixture at 30 mg/l concentration and 300 ml volume at exposure being not less than 15 min. There are 7 insufflations at 3-4-d-long interval. The method in question enables to inactivate microorganisms due to bactericidal effect of ozone. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 7 dwg
