FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking through fixing wires through acromial scapula end and humerus. The wires are fixed on perosseous fixation apparatus support members. Tunnel is built in the humerus head and preliminarily split tendon is introduced into it. The humerus is lifted and tendon integrity is restored with duplicature of the ends being created. The extremity is fixed in physiological middle position until adhesion and following controllable function restoration takes place.
