FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out transcapital fibular osteotomy, fixing the fragments after tibial osteotomy using perosseous apparatus. Distal fragment of the tibia is subjected to dosed shift along proximal end width and both bones are angularly moved until juxtaposition of longitudinal human body axis and biomechanical extremity axis takes place. Subchondral femoral epiphysis perforation and articulation entropion washing is carried out to eliminate articulation fissure bias and improve articulation end circulation. The device has three supports, rods and wires connected to each other. One of supports is manufactured as 3/4 of ring and two other as full rings. The ring-shaped supports are connected with ties. The support shaped as 3/4 of ring is connected to biaxial hinges having intermediate ring-shaped support by means of threaded rods. The ring-shaped support has a wire with bearing platform. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of knee joint stabilization. 4 cl, 6 dwg _
