The means supports two states of control signals for controlling movement speed and moving object image position change. Each of these two states is tuned in advance on one of two random numbers produced by the random number generator unit. The unit has transparent and rotating drum, light-absorbing balls and light-reflecting balls located inside of the drum, light source which beam is directed towards the ball location area and photodetector receiving light beam reflected by balls.
