FIELD: flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has wing and rod which is connected with wing on one side and is used for connection with burden on other side. Wing is equipped with guide for positioning the front portion of wing normally to air flow and is articulated to one end of rod whose other end is used for rigid connection with burden.
