FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is designed for power generation, production of compressed air and delivering of water from river using energy of water flow in river. Plant has bank well furnished with water-lifting device and made to depth exceeding depth of water in river with possibility of filling the space with water to water level in river, water wheel installed in water flow and set into operation by energy of flow, compressor with atmospheric air intake and line to deliver air into receiver. Water-lifting device is made in form of pneumatic pump submerged into well below water level in well. Plant is additionally furnished with turbogenerator to convert energy of compressed air into electric energy. Compressor is connected to turbogenerator through line delivering air into said receiver and additional control cock. Pressure relief valve is installed on air delivery line between additional control cock and turbogenerator. Said valve maintains constant pressure of air delivered into nozzle space of turbogenerator. Plant operates at three modes: generation of energy, production of compressed air and delivery of water.
