FIELD: manufacture of road-building materials. SUBSTANCE: viscous petroleum rod bitumen and shale oil and kerosene rubber solution as thinning agents are used for preparation of liquid bitumen-rubber binding agents. 10-15 wt. % of shale oil is added to bitumen at 170-190 C after which the total is blown through with air for 40-80 min and, finally, composition is further thinned with 10% solution of rubber in kerosene to achieve content of rubber in bitumen 2.5-3.5 wt.%. EFFECT: increased strength of asphalt-concrete. 5 dwg, 3 tbl
