The U-shaped plate is provided in its upper part with a vertical groove, with cuts on its both sides for engagement with the head of the post fastening member and provision of its vertical movement, and in the lower part - with a cross-shaped groove for its vertical-horizontal movement relative to the coupling component and post, the base has a flange made of flexible material with an adhesive surface facing the floor, whose extreme part is below the base level, and the post in its upper part is provided with a bore made on the inner surface for provision of unbending and engagement with the wall by the sharp edge. The holder consisting of a U-shaped plates ash a chambered upper part. The flange height in its extreme part is less than in the other parts. The bore in the post has a semispherical shape.
