PROCESS OF PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCING WELL AND INSERT PUMP FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: oil industry, production maintenance of wells producing oil with use of sucker-rod pumps. SUBSTANCE: for production maintenance of producing well caused by failure of insert pump it is lifted on bars from tubing left in well. Another insert pump is sunk into well on bars. Leak- proofness of setting of split lock support is tested with the use of flushing fluid filling up tubing with it up to well-head. If necessary split lock support is fit in. Mud collected in shank is washed through by overflow of flushing fluid poured into tubing to test leak-proofness by raising insert pump to parting of split lock support. Insert pump has body anchored on bars with its bottom part, plunger coupled to anchor core of split lock support, anchor shoe fixed on tubing. Suction valve is set on second butt of plunger, pressure valve is located in bottom part of body. Cam elements are made on butt surfaces of body and anchor core facing one another. EFFECT: raised operational reliability of insert pump, prolonged time between overhauls, reduced dimensions of pump with use of single lock support, diminished diameter of insert pump which expedites free passage of pump through tubing during sinking, decreased expenditure on production maintenance of well and operation of well thanks to reduced consumption of electric energy. 6 cl, 7 dwg
