FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, and in particular to methods for intensifying the process of operation and repair of wells. The method includes lowering into the well a string of tubing (tubing) with a liner and a plug-in support of a plug-in rod pump installed above the liner, running a plug-in rod pump into the tubing on a string of sucker rods and a wellhead rod, when determining a decrease in well productivity, stalling the pump before opening the lock support, treatment of the reservoir, landing of the plug-in rod pump in the locking support, withdrawal of the well fluid. Before the operation of the well, the plug-in rod pump is placed at a depth that ensures the selection of fluid with the design bottomhole pressure. During operation, the flow rate of the well fluid and the pump delivery coefficient are periodically determined, the shape of the dynamometer chart is analyzed, when the delivery coefficient is reduced to a value of 0.5, the tubing string is pressure tested at a pressure of 40 atmospheres, then the plug-in rod pump is pulled out of the lock support until it opens using the pump drive by adjustment the position of the suspension of the wellhead rod. Acid treatment of the bottomhole formation zone is carried out along the tubing string. The plug-in rod pump is left to respond and the plug-in rod pump is seated in the lock support using the pump by adjusting the position of the wellhead rod suspension. Then the frequency-controlled electric drive is connected to the pump drive control station, the well is started and mastered with an increase in the swing frequency of the drive balancer using a frequency-controlled electric drive, it is brought to the mode to determine the required fluid withdrawal with simultaneous pumping of the remaining acid solution into the trough tank while adjusting the swing frequency balancer. The worn-out plug-in pump on the sucker rod string is replaced with a new one with a standard size corresponding to the fluid flow rate determined during development, the well is put into operation.
EFFECT: field of application is expanding on a well with a service life of more than a year by regulating the increase in the feed rate and efficiency of the pumping unit, the metal consumption is reduced, and the oil recovery of the reservoir is increased.
