FIELD: utilization of solar energy; solar power plants, solar radiation concentrators for parallel operation with heat sources for domestic and technological purposes; joint operation with salt water distilling plants. SUBSTANCE: solar power plant includes semi- cylindrical solar energy concentrators, tubular boilers which are heat- insulated at the top and on sides, supports, monorails; according to invention, concentrators and monorails are located in mutually perpendicular directions, mainly in "North-South" direction-concentrators, "West-East" - monorails; monorails are mounted at the top of supports whose height is approximately equal to radius of semi-cylinders; tubular boilers are located at the top of monorails by means of rolling units; their length slightly exceeds length of concentrators; they are shifted towards North in northern hemisphere and towards South in southern hemisphere; they are located at distances equal to width of concentrators and are joined by hot and cold water pipes; is connected with programmed drive by means of ropes.
