FIELD: volumetric metering of finely dispersed loose materials. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed process material is fed from vertical cylindrical tank through elements of hydraulic resistance. This tank is divided into zone of preliminary feed with set of hydraulic resistance and central cylindrical metering zone communicating with atmosphere. Vibration-fluidized material is directed from zone of preliminary feed into clearance between element of hydraulic resistance of discharge cylindrical tank and central cylindrical metering zone and layer of vibration-boiled material is formed from which metered discharge is carried out. Device for implementation of process includes hopper of preliminary feed coming in the form of cylindrical tank with elements of hydraulic resistance and discharge part linked to vibrator. Bottom of hopper is jointed to discharge cylindrical tank coated by element of resistance and central pipe communicating with atmosphere is mounted with clearance above hydraulic resistance. Elements of hydraulic resistance come in the form of set of horizontal grids. EFFECT: reliable and safe micrometered feed of pulverized material. 7 cl, 1 dwg
