FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to processing of granular materials in aerovibro-fluidized layer and can be used for heat, mass-exchange and mechanical processes in production of construction materials, chemical, agricultural and foundry industries. In the method of processing granular materials in the vibro-bubbled layer, the material is fed onto the load-carrying surface of the vibration conveyor and vibro-transported in the direction of unloading from the plant. At that, the vibrating layer particles are exposed to the flow or several gas flows by bubbling it through the vibration layer of the material, wherein supply of gas into the vibrating layer of material is carried out through a gap formed by a continuous load-carrying vibrating surface and a boundary edge of the walls of the bubbler outlet branch pipe, not more than the height of the part of the material layer located above the edge of the walls of the outlet branch pipe of the said bubbler. Disclosed also is a device for processing granular materials in a vibro-bubbled layer, in which at least one bubbler is connected to the gas supply means with at least one branch pipe of the outlet hole immersed in the vibration layer of the material, wherein the size of the gap between the load-carrying surface and the edge of the walls of the bubbler outlet branch pipe shall not exceed the height of the portion of the material layer located above the edge of the walls of the branch pipe of the outlet of the said bubbler.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of power consumption, increase of efficiency and operational reliability, in expansion of application area.
