FIELD: electrical engineering; inductive electricity meters and tachometers. SUBSTANCE: system has central processor unit with series interface bus, N disk speed counting channels (N is channel number depending on number of electricity meters under check) whose outputs are connected to data inputs of central processor unit. Each channel incorporates pulse shaping unit and disk revolution detector; pulse shaping unit, in its turn, has rectifier bridge circuit, optical modulator pulse generator, pulse transmitter, pulse receiver, driven multivibrator, output amplifier, electricity meter disk, and two-wire power bus. Each disk speed counting channel has disk revolution detector incorporating pulse shaper, pulse converter, and pulse counter; analog input/output of pulse shaper is connected to two-wire power bus and TTL output of pulse shaper is connected through pulse converter to pulse counter whose output is connected to respective data input of central processor unit; output of the latter performs the function of system output through series interface bus and system inputs are disks of electricity meters. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 2 dwg
