SUBSTANCE: electricity meter includes case, cover with transparent section of surface in lower part, rotating disc on lower side with light-absorbing section of surface in the form of contrast spot and housing with platform to mount optical pulse transducer under cover for direction of its optical axis at angle of highest sensitivity to contrast spot. Cover can have guiding grooves and housing can have protrusions to form mechanical engagement.
