SUBSTANCE: manipulated splicing cassette is meant to place supporting cups on two glass fibers and has body with aids for connection to line and holder linked to body. Supporting cups are mounted for turn around holder. Cassette can be replaced by other splicing cassettes, can be installed, in particular, into traditional bodies of splicing cassettes instead of traditional splicing cassettes, provides for sufficient extra length and small structural height. Each cup has two glass fibers. Supporting cups are located in two sockets arranged one above another. Each supporting cup is mounted for turn around one of its sides to registration position.
