SUBSTANCE: for synchronizing mobile section incorporating slow channel change function in at least two base stations incorporating fast channel change function in cellular TDMA/FDMA radio communication system, including DEST/GAP system, base station transmits broadcast information to mobile section that is already supporting electrical communication connection to one of base stations of radio communication system at desired transmission distance defined in TDMA channel intervals which is longer than desired reception distance defined in TDMA channel intervals due to slow channel change function incorporated in mobile section.
