FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: method of transmission of data in cellular radio communication system between base station provided in cell and mobile station in channel intervals of cycle of time-division multiplex in agreement with process of time-division multiplex of channels is characterized by radio engineering control over base stations in adjacent cells. Preset time interval during which transmission is carried out with use of reduced number of channel intervals is provided. On expiration of this preset time interval transmission of data is continued with initial rate of transmission of data. EFFECT: establishment of connection over many channel intervals without employment of second receiver in mobile station. 6 cl, 5 dwg
