FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for protection of window and door openings has a set of protective sections. Each section has interconnected supporting and beariing frame members, supports regulated by height, connecting and fastening members, and protective shields. A part of shields has bullet-proof observation means and embrasures, protective members located on sides of protective shields and dynamic protective members connected from outside to definite parts of surface of protective shields and protective members. Every protective chield is provided with additional horizontal protective members from top and bottom. Width of every horizontal protective member equals to width of respective protective shield. Frame is made in the form of rigid rectangle and provided with additional vertical and hgorizontal bearing bars connected with wall. At least one protective shield is made with a hatch closed from inside and connected by means of hinges. A part of protective shields is made with skylights located located in their upper part by pairs. Skylight flaps are connected through sapring-loaded hinge joints and provided with flexible ties. Ties are passed through holes to inside of protective shield and interconnected by pairs with one another. Apertures of skylights are closed with metal screen of volume weave and connected to rear surface of protective shield which has a supporting projection.
