DEVICE FOR MEASUREMENT OF WELL PRODUCTS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: measurement technology; applicable in oil, gas, petrochemical and other industries for measurement of flow rate of multiphase medium consisting of fluid and gas. SUBSTANCE: device has gas separator with means for tangential introduction of well products, means for gas withdrawal located in separator upper part, and means for withdrawal of fluid and well products, flowmeters of gas and fluid connected with a computing device. Gas separator is made in the form of cylindrical vessel with low conical part. Means for well product itroduction is made in the form of one or several nozzles and installed in vessel upper part. Means for gas withdrawal is made in the form of branch pipe installed coaxially to vessel. In this case, one part of branch pipe located inside vessel is perforated and provided with delfectors in the form of truncated cones whose bases facing downward. Installed below nozzle for product introduction is single- or multiple-thread extrusion auger for supply of fluid to means for its withdrawal installed in vessel conical part. Additional device has a pump for pumping-out of fluid from vessel and ejector for mixing gas with fluid. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions and metal content of device with increased measurement accuracy, mobility and extended range of application. 3 cl, 3 dwg
