FIELD: wind-power engineering; vertical-shaft low-power plants. SUBSTANCE: plant has tower with machine room, single-tier vertical-shaft windmill, top and bottom generators, and ejector systems incorporating guide funnels aimed at windmill blades, as well as air storage, and cavity; generator drive is mounted inside tower; ejector systems and air storage are arranged beyond tower. Novelty is that plant has discharge tubes , that top generator is rigidly coupled to windmill through vertical shaft, that bottom generator is mounted in cavity and coupled with windmill through high-speed electromagnetic reduction unit; ejector systems are inclined outside of tower over its perimeter; cavity is used to accommodate discharge tubes to organize, together with ejector systems, closed air-flow circulation loop.
