FIELD: wind-power engineering; environmentally friendly plants using closed-cycle air flow. SUBSTANCE: plant has tower, windmill with vertical axis of revolution, generator, and ejector systems incorporating guide funnels connected to inner space of tower and positioned to face windmill blades; novelty is that windmill is made as single-tier structure rotating under the action of two wind flows one arriving through cones in top part of tower and other flow admitted through vertical ejectors; plant also has internal and external air storage tanks, second and third generators, machine hall, and trunk; first and second generators are mounted within tower and connected to windmill through high- speed electromagnetic reduction unit; third generator is connected to drive through electromagnetic coupling; first and second generators are started through reduction unit and third one, through electromagnetic coupling.
