FIELD: heating systems. SUBSTANCE: valve, thermostatic valve in particular designed for heating appliances includes body, seat, shut-off member and connecting unit. Shut-off member is actuated by means of pin extending outside through sealing unit. Connecting unit is intended for securing the control head; it is provided with bearing surface at first distance from free end of pin and respective first clamping surface. For securing the control head of at least second type, connecting member (206;247) carrying at least seat (210; 250) of valve and sealing unit (207;248) is mounted for motion in way of pin axis from first position to second position. Connecting branch pipe (204; 254) which is coaxial with pin is provided with circular seal (205; 255) on the outside. Device for compensation of distance is provided between valve seat and circular seal. EFFECT: possibility of obtaining at least two different forms of connecting members suitable for mounting different heads. 12 cl, 6 dwg
