FIELD: machine engineering, particularly valves mounted in pipelines of heating systems. SUBSTANCE: valve unit, namely valve unit of heating radiator includes housing with inlet connection member and outlet connection member. Between said connection members in water flow passage there is shutoff device with valve member and with valve seat assembly. The last has two outlets. One outlet of valve seat corresponds to inlet connection member; its another outlet corresponds to outlet connection member. Valve member and valve seat assembly are mounted with possibility of changing their mutual position in order to provide selective engagement of valve member with one or another outlet of valve seat.
