FIELD: automatic arms systems, small arms automatic equipment and weaponry. SUBSTANCE: two modifications of the submachine gun using the bull-pup scheme are designed for use of longitudinal multiple-row magazines with a capacity of 40 to 60 cartridges. The submachine gun is provided with a magazine adapter providing for use of magazines of other standards whenever necessary. For neutralization of impact moments at firing the submachine gun is provided with a balancer with a flexible kinematic coupling between the movable members. The use of a skew-grooved locking device makes it possible to exclude the breechblock carrier. The use of a sight with deflection correction reduces the height of the sight posts and makes the fire position more natural. The submachine gun uses a firing mechanism providing for control of the fire rate through the trigger, which eliminates the necessity in a special change lever. The safety lock located under the trigger on the front wall of the handle is actuated when it is released. The skew-grooved locking device has two kinematic pairs within two driving links and a driven link with a two-sided engagement located between them. The breechblock gets locked when the lugs of the links enter the conjugate grooves and the driven link gets blocked in the position of complete engagement of the links. The sighting device with a deflection correction has a fore sight on the muzzle section of the barrel, optical system of sighting line ray shift and a sight located outside the plane of fire, which makes it possible to increase the sighting base, i.e. the distance between the fore sight and the sight notch thus enhacing the sighting accuracy. Besides, the submachine gun optical sight has a mechanism for an abrupt change of the increase ratio and a control handle located in the immediate proximity to the trigger, which makes it possible to keep the firing position unchanged in any stage of preparation to a shot. For snap shooting or continuous shooting the submachine gun is provided with an open sight located above the sighting device with deflection correction. EFFECT: enhanced battle qualities of the weapon. 32 cl, 14 dwg
