FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining quantitative and qualitative values describing thyroid gland tissue hemodynamic properties by applying Doppler ultrasonic examination method before and after the preparation procedures. IgG and circulating immune complexes in blood serum level is determined. The value being normalized, the presurgical preparation is considered to be effective and completed. The values exceeding a reference value 2-3 times as much, the preparation is considered to be not effective and incomplete. EFFECT: high accuracy of estimation. 1 tbl
