SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with decolorizing human keratin fibers, such as hair, including, in decolorization-acceptable medium, at least, one oxidizing agent and, also, at least, one association of two polyurethanes with ether blocks; it, also, deals with the method and the kit for decolorization where said composition is used. The suggested composition does not leak being well localized at the site of its application. It enables to obtain strong and homogeneous hair decolorization. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 43 cl
