FIELD: cosmetic preparations. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with hair cosmetic compositions which contain a single cation polymer and a triple acrylic one at cosmetically acceptable water medium. A triple acrylic polymer contains: about 20-70 weight% α, β- monoethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid, about 20-80 weight% monoethylene unsaturated monomer with no surface-active properties and about 0.5-60 weight% nonionic urethane monomer being the reaction product of nonionic surface-active substance which contains one mobile hydrogen atom with monoethylene unsaturated monoisocyanate. Being in a permanent form, these cosmetic preparations contain quaternized and nonquaternized copolymers of vinylpyrrolidone and dialkylaminoalkylacrylate or dialkylaminoalkylmetacrylate, or quaternized polymers of vinylpyrrolidone and vinylimidazole.
