FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: thermal anemometric measurements are carried out by commutation of energy state of temperature-sensitive resistor heated or cooled to fixed temperatures and by recording time intervals of change of energy state of temperature- sensitive resistor. Fixed temperature of commutation of energy state of temperature- sensitive resistor is changed between moments of commutation, length of pulse of change of energy state of temperature-sensitive resistor is kept constant and time of change of energy state of temperature-sensitive resistor between adjacent moments of commutation is recorded.
